Grupo de Corrida e Caminhada

Trabalhar a formação de Grupo de Corrida e Caminhada pode ser uma forma de estimular as mudanças, para um estilo de vida mais saudável.

A prática de exercícios em grupo, além de ser uma forma de se manter ativo, proporciona o relacionamento com demais atletas e a formação de grupos de corrida corporativos garantem maior integração entre os colaboradores.

Os treinos são estruturados de acordo com as necessidades de cada grupo de pessoas / empresas e elaborados de forma a proporcionar condicionamento completo: preparação aeróbica, fortalecimento muscular e nutricional.
